Susannah Jennings, now Susannah Huddleston, her full part of land. To gr. dau. Elizabeth Bailey. To dau Sydney Leverett, one third of the balance of my property, the other third to be divided among lineal heirs of Peggy Bailey, Feby and Peggy Dozier Bailey, George Read Bailey, Polly Ann and Josiah Bailey. Russell Bailey, trustee, until they become of age. The other one third to be in care of Susannah Huddleston her life time, then to her lineal heirs.
